Serpent Intelligence Systems provides a free discovery and member-access network for browsing digital assets, submitting website queries, and participating in website auctions.
Free member access
Creating an account is free. We do not require personal information beyond what is necessary to create and secure your account. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential business information through public forms.
Website queries
Free queries are requests for discovery and review. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, development, placement, pricing, or a response.
Auction listings
Listing descriptions, images, links, bids, and transfer terms must be accurate and lawful. Buyers should independently inspect linked websites and confirm ownership, deliverables, pricing, and transfer details before bidding.
Acceptable use
Do not use the network for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, harassment, malicious code, or unlawful activity. Access may be limited or removed when these terms are violated.
Privacy and communications
Account details are used to provide authentication, security, and requested network services. Password reset messages are sent only when requested. We do not display whether a submitted reset email belongs to an account.
